This is an employee owned company that provides incredibly valuable mental health services and supports to Medicaid service populations through contracts with different counties. Our leadership is committed to excellence and offers many employee benefits to offset the "public sector" salary ranges.

Cons

I do not experience downsides: our input and work efforts are valued, and the mission is very important.

Pros

Depending on the program, there is an increased sense of autonomy and flexibility. Coworkers can become friends if you get in with the right clique.

Cons

Pay sucks. Management only cares about productivity and money. An emphasis on quantity of services and no discussion what so ever on quality. Very clique oriented and upper management loves to start gossip and talk trash about their employees. Major ethical and legal violations.
