Pros

Helping people with mental health struggles is socially rewarding.

Cons

Blatant favoritism when selecting people for new positions. Unresponsive and unengaged management team when feedback or questions are provided. Annual performance reviews are a joke as everyone gets "average" in every category every year. Underpaid and undervalued. Communication via email is often avoided and context of conversations is skewed in favor of the management team's whims at the moment.

The oy pro is that there will be a ton of overtime available. Otherwise there is nothing good to say.

Cons

Everything from the cowardly leadership who do not care abiut the safety of the clients or staff. Espically central star.
