My schedule was flexible, which facilitated opportunities for collaboration with professionals beyond the organization. This environment supported my networking efforts and allowed me to develop references independently. The onboarding process was thorough and effectively organized. Despite the challenging nature of the role, which was both physically demanding and emotionally strenuous at times, I gained valuable experience and professional growth. Interactions with critical stakeholders, including demanding parents and exacting supervisors, contributed to my resilience and development.

Cons

Leadership occasionally displayed a personalized approach to professional interactions, which could impact accountability. The credentials and experiences of some staff members appeared to be quite extensive, raising discussions about their plausibility. Despite a stated commitment to fostering a caring and collaborative environment, there seemed to be a focus on internal protection and support. Additionally, there were general concerns about billing practices that were informally expressed among colleagues.
