Pros

The best part this job is being able to be yourself, it feels like your working with your family. As an employee you get 50%off parties, you eat for half price, 2 hour game cards, free bowling, promotions with in the company.

Cons

A lot of different attitudes is sometimes hard to work with.

Pros

The people in the center I work at are awesome for the most part. They're better than the people at the other centers at least.... We get half off food, free soft drinks, and the pay is decent.

Cons

Every week managers have to take a quiz over something. Some weeks there's more than one quiz. You don't have time for even one quiz let alone two or three. You're expected to give your all, but they won't do the same for you. They don't back you up. They assume that the customer accusing you of something is correct and that you should be punished for it. Corporate doesn't even take the time to learn anyone's name unless they're a gm or sometimes a manager. They used to meet everyone, but I guess Kip doesn't want them doing that anymore. All they care about now is making money and keeping it for themselves. They took awaya corporate hostesses 18% and pay them $12/hr now. The money is supposed to go to upgrades and such for the center, but they're a million dollar company. They don't need to take that away from the people doing all of the work. Especially since they don't even actually say thank you anymore. I would want to stay here if they appreciated our hard work.
