Decent for a first job out of high school, however I wouldn't recommend a long term commitment.
Pros
Its a flexible job, with select customers that can be extremely admired as you develop personal relationships with them. The employees as well are great easy going people. This provides a "chill" relaxed structure of company processes.
Cons
Company is incredibly cheap as far as labor. Corporate level employees share a huge chunk of profit, while the grunt work employees produce it for them. Not to say corporate positions aren't important and more deserving of more money, but it is incredibly easy to feel unappreciated due to neglect of low levels. The pay is overall low for even managers, and very weekends demanding. It can also be incredibly stressful at peak hours with and overwhelming amount of customer dissatisfaction regularly as well as many responsibilities to fulfill with little help. As i stated earlier they are cheap on labor and will not hesitate to understaff.
