Pros

Great place to work. Managers and upper management is always concerned in how to make it a more pleasant place to work.

Cons

It takes time and dedication to get in rhythm to make goals. It's not easy to make commission.

Pros

C level, client services and certain other managers are fantastic. VERY good wages.

Cons

HR and several mid level managers have no idea what they are doing, what goes on behind the scenes and forget any sort of extended tenure if you are a person of color. The offices are located in major metros but the people employed ask inappropriate racial questions and act as if they have never interacted with black, scratch that ANY people of color before.

Pros

My manager is great at exposing me to new projects and duties that increase my skill set.

Cons

Non-collection employees are rarely recognized or praised for their work. Communication is a dead lock. Sometimes seems like you need an army to get any issues resolved. There are a lot of people who seem to have no idea what they are doing. Not sure why managers do not require them to have additional training or change their job duties after multiple complaints have been voiced. Gets to the point where it's like, does my voice really matter?
