Continuing to Decline

Pros

- Annual raises for decently performing employees and opportunity for a bonus - Continuing Education available for those that qualify though getting worse over time. Options available lessening and amount paid decreasing. - Some career advancement to a point then hit a brick wall - Hybrid work with most of the time at home though appears they trying to pull people RTO more - Mostly good people to work with

Cons

- Lots of politics if you want to move into leadership or further and more about who knows and "likes" you rather than ability or capability. - Company is hugely top down and there seems to be little respect for front line leaders and employees and their viewpoints then gets "surprised" when people quit or unhappy. - Lack of long term planning and thinking. Leadership seems unable to think or plan more than a quarter to year ahead. - No consideration of cause and effect and what will happen based on actions. - Company frequently says one thing and does another. - People being promoted are frequently number getters and yes people. They seem to lack leadership. - People who question, suggest alternatives, and utilize data and academic research are ignored and treated as a "problem". - They have a single profile for who they want people to be which the complete opposite of their D&I work. - They never mention equity/equality. - Transparency is a problem in every way you can think. You need to know secret codes and master the art of subtext to really understand situations. - Unrealistic expectations where you are asked to do things that directly contradict each other ex. Answer all incoming calls while simultaneously making a calls out to complete check lists. - Technology is not used to full potential - Wasteful processes

Pros

The work-life balance is better than most companys due to the ability to work hybrid.

Cons

The commission structure depends on the agent. No full-time benefits like 401k, health, vision, dental insurance. It depends on the agent.

Pros

Okay but not for an experienced sales person. Commission tier increased based on life insurance policy sold or it would just be 25 a policy.

Cons

Not for an experienced sales person
