Pros

Great benefits package which can be hard to come by in current market. Diverse opportunities in a large organization. Company is supported by strong presence in US. Decent growth potential. Tim Horton's is in our cafe too! Amazing training.

Cons

Cubicle culture can be a bit drab. Lots of turnover means you have to be comfortable with change. Salary is lower than competitors but benefits better.

Pros

Opportunities abound for those willing to work outside the job description, have political finesse, are very sociable, and are bilingual. Having other family members working in the company is usually good. Perks are good.

Cons

Be ready to work in a highly stressful environment and to change operations at a moments notice., Agency partners are a mixed bag to work with; beware.

Pros

Competitive pay. Performance based incentives. Good career and development opportunities. Pays for continued education in insurance, undergraduate, and graduate studies. Professional and respectable employees. Provides health insurance, dental, and vision as well as a fully vested 401(k), and a pension plan. Quality relocation program and ability to move around the country. Good job security.

Cons

Very "political." Some nepotism. Some inflexibility with work/life balance in certain departments, but is improving. There is often required overtime.
