      Reliable hours but lacking effective training support

      Pros

      Great benefits and usually kept busy by the calls. Hours were pretty reliable too.

      Cons

      Training was not to a level that it feels like it should have been. As in, my GPA in college was 3.8 and I struggled at times. Once you figure it out its after you've been on the floor and hopefully you have a good supervisor, otherwise you will get dinged with coaching and then no longer employed after so many times.
