      Good place to work but no room for advancement.

      Pros

      I love to deal first hand with our customers. I find this job very rewarding becuase often times we are the saving grace in a time of hardship for many individuals.

      Cons

      There is little room for advancement and the pay isn't great unless you are the agent. We have to fight for every small little raise we get.

      Limited growth unless you are an agent. If you work in an office for an agent, growth potential is limited.
