Pros

Great pay and benefits for the job. You are very well trained for the position, and there is so much opportunity to grow/promote. Maternity leave pay was accessible at less than 6 months of employment.

Cons

You must deal with very unhappy customers, have to achieve metrics, and work in a call center. They enforce a hybrid work schedule, so one week a month (when I worked there) was mandatory.

Pros

Great connections! Tons of ways to connect with other leaders and grow your experience while working there. Lot of opportunities to volunteer as a leader!

Cons

Volun-told us a thing. Sometimes, teams is used to micromanage. Your time between cases is monitored. Training is thorough.
