      Pros

      Paycheck, benefits, large cubicle/desk space. Coworkers are friendly. It's hard to think of any others really. It used to be a great place but this new model is really sucking the soul out of everyone I associate with at work.

      Cons

      EOM is really making it hard to enjoy the work. Causes anxiety having people watching you all the time. Almost feels like being back in high school. Never needed antidepressants/ anxiety meds until the migration.

      Pros

      The people I work with make it a family. But not much else.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. You're micro-managed to death. There's a new point system coming in place in October in regards to being late and absences. Once you earn 20 points in 6 months, you're terminated. Motivating with fear isn't a way to get your employees to be productive.

      Great people to work with, decent benefits

      Cons

      The company is going through MAJOR changes, but not all for the better... they're "restructuring" all the time, so you will have multiple managers a year (sometimes monthly), changing up the time-off policies (taking away Paid Doctor time, Paid Sick Leave, etc.), and overall they're just looking for ways to save a buck here and there. They do not care about their employees!
