      Pros

      excellent benefits, PSL, PV, in depth training, annual bonuses (based off of production & quality) company really does care a lot about customer service and strives to make every interaction remarkable, lots of overtime, most managers seem very genuine about results and have an open-door policy.

      Cons

      unknowledgeable agent staff, company is going through major structural change, drama and rumors as any workplace, pay might not be enough for what some people do in company, training takes too long and is often pushed back to make time for others who have joined company.

      Family work environment, decent pay, flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Enterprise led changes, but no idea what we are changing to until last minute. Was hired under the impression there would be lots of growth opportunities, but there is a hiring freeze.
