Pros
Decent Salary, decent benefits, job security. If you want a place to hang your hat and call home, this is it. Once you get hired, its up to you how hard you want to push the envelope, or not.
Cons
Slow growth, lacking diversity in management, lacking opportunity for career growth. No matter how hard you work, no matter how successful you are in what you do and no matter how many classes, designations or degress you have, its all about having a sponsor get you to first level management. Even at that point, you may need to be bllingual and offer to move anywhere in the US at the discretion
