Benefits. Work/Life Balance. Perks. Upper Management.

Cons

Pay is enough to live off of alone. Will need a 2nd job or live with roommates.

Pros

decent pay for the work load

Cons

State Farm is going to get a bad reputation when it isn't them hiring or employing these roles it is the agents. I got hired along with a young man in his 30s. We both had no experience in P and C insurance. The second day I wanted to walk out the door. The way the few women that worked for this agent talked to each other and other people was absolutely horrific. I became the target of mistreatment. I had learned it happened to every woman that worked there. I reported everything they did and it was in emails and on teams so everyone saw it. Eventually it got worse and I got fired with no warning or explanation. When I asked for one it was refused. This agent has been in business and their business is declining. I wonder why your agents and employees are super rude to everyone. The agent was in major denial so it is their loss because this person is going to get their pay cut.
