Tons of micromanagement. Your manager sits in your 1 on 1 meeting and critique the smallest things. so annoying. if your AHT is too high you get in trouble and written up, if your AHT is too low you get accused of call avoidance and possibly fired. The pay is trash, they pay 17.25 an hour which is 34k.. about 10k less than other insurance companies. Way too much work for pennies and dimes. Ridiculous point system for attendance. if you’re absent for a day you get 4 points. at 8 points you get a write up, at 16 points you get a bigger write up then at 20 points you get fired. You could miss work for health reasons, car accident, child is sick, etc and you’ll still get points. They literally don’t care about your life. people on my team have quit because they miserable there, didn’t even put in a 2 week notice they just quit on the spot. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Apply to better paying companies

No work-life balance, zero opportunity for advancement, too many changes all the time. Way too much for employees to do each day, super high claim inventories. No fun or interesting activities or organizations to join like the company used to have.
