Solid Benefits Autonomy and no micro management Remote from anywhere in US Always learning something new

Cons

Projects are not that interesting (idk how anyone can find insurance interesting tbh) Very traditional company (which can be a good thing )

- flexible working hours when needed for family - good benefits

Cons

- long hours - week long on call rotation - a lot of pressure to resolve production issues quickly - one team being responsible for 10+ different products -- very stressful - pay raises do not account for inflation
