The management was always extremely supportive of the sales force, and we always received whatever products we needed to advance. We got a solid sample budget each month to get samples of their own products, and they highly encouraged us to use them ourselves. The hardest part was simply cold calling, which you’ll find with any sales job. Both District, Regional, and Exec management would help every way they can.

Cons

Everyone’s territory has pros and cons, whether it’s money or competition. Cold calling is necessary to succeed.
