I have found my managers and peers to be very supportive. With recent initiatives, it’s apparent that senior leadership is very focused on enhancing our company culture. It is encouraging hearing that our company is investing in our employees through expanded benefits options, and investing in the communities where we work by creating initiatives like Boston WINs. It can be discouraging to work at a place that does not value the ideas of its staff, but I certainly feel that State Street has heard the feedback on the best ways to improve our company, and the ideas are being implemented. -Peter Brown, Assistant Vice President, Strategy & Transformation
