- great spot for fresh out of college, lots of young people.

Cons

- have outsourced large sections of their company, often forced to train people overseas who are literally there to take your job down the road. - the hours can be a lot.

Flexible work hours Easy lifestyle

Cons

No career progression. You can't really advance unless you're a white male from New England. The favoritism and nepotism is overt but noone really says anything. The racism is whole not overt is pretty clear. An executive once told a coworker of foreign origin to take accent correction lessons in order to advance in the company Turnover was through the roof - 15 people in 4 years in a team of 10
