      Good benefits and many opportunities to volunteer in the community (including a couple of paid days off/year to volunteer)

      Cons

      You are just a number. Diversity at management levels means lack of promotion for those outside the scope of “diversity”, despite longevity in the job and experience. Very low pay for the job requirements and stress levels.

      Healthcare. 401k. time off. trying do change

      After 4 years, you can clearly tell that minorities are rarely promoted and the inverse is true. You have to watch you back. My bonuses went from 50K down to 13K. Zero raise because a buddy of the boss joined the group. You SHARE your bonuses.
