Pros

the job offers competitive salary for rotational programs and entry level in general

Cons

lack of rotational program organization (program manager did not even exist at the time I left), no upward mobility, people generally do not care about your career growth and development, no opportunities for development (want to take a coding course? too bad, none for you), toxic corporate culture, sexual harassment is still rampant within, lack of transparency regarding organizational goals, I could go on...

Pros

*Senior management is sincere about inclusion and diversity *Response to COVID continues to be realistic and communication has been very good

Cons

*Operational teams are struggling with understaffing and no apparent support from the top. *Priority is given to management reporting over client support. When both aren't able to be achieved, it is always an issue with middle management abilities vs. the table that has been set by senior leadership.
