8yThank you for your feedback. One of the most important parts of State Street’s culture is to have a diverse and inclusive workforce. This provides our company with a variety of perspectives to draw from as we innovate, engage, constructively debate, and create our Way Ahead. State Street is making great strides and I have seen a lot of positive changes over the last few years to promote diversity and an inclusive culture. For example, we now have a Chief Diversity Officer who is championing diversity across our company, especially at the senior management level. As you might have heard during our last town hall meeting with Jay, State Street has delivered on our diversity goals; I believe that we, as a company will continue to champion diversity.
