Pros

Flexibility- working from home as needed. There are good people who work there and collegial environment.

Cons

Overall company is not run well. Problematic group think. Poor career opportunities, lack of mobility, progression, and monetary awards for current employees. You need to come from the outside to get any sort of meaningful salary increase. Bonus payouts has constricted over time as well as benefits while costs go up. Negative environment. Everyone feels compressed and overworked.
