Pros

Teaches good skills: attention to detail, critical analysis, excel

Cons

Management is sub-par, understaffing is usual, and employees are not taken good care of. The work load comes with a lot of pressure and stress during certain times, although it can be the complete opposite during other times.

Pros

Quick to hire. Flexible work arrangements depending on your manager. Getting fired takes skill. Only about 45 minutes of actual work on an average day if you know what you're doing. Most of the annoying, non-critical security controls can be easily crippled/disabled.

Cons

Pathetic pay (33,800). Prolific turnover. Wide spread complacency and general incompetence. Internal mobility very limited and based on time not performance. No incentive to perform more than required. Sporadic workload.
