Under the garb of “quality” and “strategic realignment,” they cut hundreds of employees — not for performance but to shield leadership failures and preserve their own chairs. They proudly call themselves a “bank captive,” but operate exactly like a low-end BPO — no domain expertise, no vision. Rampant internal politics with untrustworthy colleagues and leaders who play dirty to climb the ladder. Promotions are based on loyalty and survival, not merit — many leaders are there simply because they’ve stayed long enough, not because they’re capable.
