Pros

Opportunity for growth Commitment to work life balance

Cons

Not the bank it used to be that cared about the employees and if you excelled you were rewarded. Too much outsourcing has gone on and valuable people were lost through no fault of their own

Pros

Decent work/life balance. Few overtime hours are required which I'm happy to put in since the pay is not great. Four weeks vacation if you've been at the company for 3 plus years. There are career opportunities if you're outgoing and can management's behind.

Cons

No raise, no bonus, horrible performance review system. IFS perks have quickly but surely dwindled. No cups, no candies in the kitchen. I need my 3pm starburst!!! Music sites have been banned. I'm pretty sure there have been extensive studies showing music improves employee productivity and morale. Managers can be nit-picky and annoying. Just put your head down and o your best work to zone out their pettiness. No annual company party. Pretty pathetic, me thinks.
