Pros

The organization is focused on developing their talent and providing opportunities for growth. The organization is built on a foundation of strong values.

Cons

Working in the financial services business has been difficult for the last few years. Once the economy stabilizes the organization will continue to grow.

Pros

It's a job that where you get paid. Downtime to talk with/interact with coworkers, managers don't mind if you shoot the bull. Paid time to complete volunteer projects

Cons

Promotions can be random and is not reflective of actual performance. Monotonous work - requires critical thinking level of an average high school student. Management puts great pressure on reducing overtime, yet does not implement any sort of flex scheduling for associates. Unresponsive to suggestions Marginal compensation - they've even decreased starting salaries for new hires.
