Pros

Benefits are great and the right off the street possibility to work with the biggest clients. Other than that it’s really fast paced and well technologically equipped place.

Cons

The high rollover at State Street is really certified by the fact that people that are with company about three years are considered long ‘distance runners’ and treated as a knowledge compendium. I have seen too many good talents to leave because of the low pay grade and almost no way for promotion. Consider this company as a good start up but do not stick for longer.
