Pros

Large company with opportunities for advancement and great training team. Great benefits package and good job security in an uncertain market. Intelligent and compentant managers for the most part.

Cons

Daily work tasks are repetitive and not particularly challenging, however the hours can get long. Salary is low compared with other opportunities.

Pros

The overall demands of the job are fairly limited to 9-5 workday and rarely is work outside that required on a daily basis.

Cons

The level of pay compared to the amount of work put in is slightly lacking. I feel that they could do a better job of retaining employees with better pay.
