Pros

Flexible work hours retirement and health benefits are good work pressure is ok and commuting is convenient. Managers are accomodating

Cons

We dont update very much into technologies. Lots of processes in place to move a code from development to qa to uat to prod.

Pros

Relatively young group of people in the FA and SFA levels, depending on the group you work in, you'll either love your boss and what you do or you will be belittled and work till all hours of the night because either your boss has no life or they are too busy brown-nosing the floor VPs.

Cons

Like mentioned above: sr mgmt brown-nosing the VPs, potentially long hours for below average pay, haughty, know-it-all seniors, expect to be thrown under the bus every once in a while due to the lack of self-responsibility of others, crappy food, and if you don't work in KC MO, don't expect to be appreciated by corporate...same probably goes for Boston, but my group was under KC, and don't expect to get a huge bonus or a significant pay raise
