Pros

The benefits are much better than most companies, fair pay. When looking for a new job, it had good name recognition. They have recently made a large push for flexible work arrangements.

Cons

The work tends to be boring and narrowly focused. There are many layers of management, and people tend to fall in love with the prestige of their job titles.

Pros

Lax office environment Decent benefits (Overtime pay, 401k etc...) Easily accessible managers Decent out-of-college salary of $48,000 Accountability for your own work

Cons

Haphazard training Poor communication from supervisors Redundant work No pay raise in over a year which was stipulated at the start (understandably due to the market crisis) Can get stuck in the same position doing the same work for years Departments are isolated
