I agree the pace of business for global companies has exploded and encourage employees who feel a subsequent demand on their workload to escalate concerns to their managers. In order to ensure employee sentiment is being captured and addressed, we are starting quarterly, confidential pulse surveys. These surveys will help improve our strategy around risk excellence, mobility and employee engagement.
