Pros

They say that they are there to support you. They make you do more then what you can. Management expects you to know everything from loss Mitt answers to BK. We communicate by opening tasks and sending emails to other departments, and they sometimes answer on a timely manner or they take from a week to a month to answer, or no answer at all. Other departments are snappy when they reply emails. Customer service reps take the heat and blame for all other department mistakes. Other departments NEVER admit to their mistakes. They switched to a new bank recently, dont know if it's the bank or the cash dept that are posting customers money incorrectly to accounts. IT- department dont know what their doing. The website is always crashing and they blame the customer, I dont think the CEO is aware of what's going on or the floor management is NOT fully reporting everything. Loss Mitt wont take call unless its serious, every other question the customer service reps answers. HR says they have your back and will take care of you, they turn around and stab you in the back. Insurance is to high to pay for. Escrow department is a joke. They run faulty escrow analysis and wont admit to their mistakes and dont man up about it, they dont know how to apologize. Like I said the customer service reps take all the heat for the rest of the departments. Lack of communication from other departments. Sometimes the customer service reps aren't aware of what's going on until a customer calls in and complaints about the issuei could go on and on but it's to much. Once again customer service reps take all the heat.

Cons

Thay could improve more, but they have been trying to improve every day.

CEO is a joke

Pros

None. Have to check bank account on pay days to make sure funds were deposited.

Cons

CEO is incompetent and lacks any integrity, but has somehow managed to stay at the helm. Company will never succeed so long as he is associated. No growth potential as no legitimate client will bring loans to be serviced. All good employees have left.
