Pros

Employees on the floor are knowledgeable and work together well. Casual dress (jeans).

Cons

Management is out of touch with the staff. Too many closed doors and nowhere near enough communication.

Pros

There are a few executives that support their staff in any way they can. SB allows a "Fun Committee" to plan entertaining events throughout the year.

Cons

Most execs choose to stay in their offices instead of talking to the staff. CEO seems to believe hiring more execs is the way to fix the issues we're having. Too bad he can't see the company would work more effectively if he paid the boots on the ground livable salaries and support.
