The video team is incredibly supportive and the vibe of the company is quite jovial and relaxed. There’s plenty of training for newcomers and a general sense of “We’re all in this together.” There’s a company-wide vacation once a year called ZergCon, all expenses paid to lounge at mansions in Florida and go to amusement parks. As well, on the job, you’ll learn more than you ever thought about pop culture, history, science, tv/film, health, food, etc.

Cons

The base pay could be better.
