Cons
For an employee, company = reporting manager. For company policies to percolate down to employees , managers need to be empathetic. I had a lot of learnings from this company and their technicall stack is quite good. But I will never recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful life. I had a terrible experience working with this company. Micromanagement at its extreme and zero humanitarian consideration.
