      The environment is friendly if you are interested in sports especially in football you won't that you are working

      Cons

      Too much inner politics and the experience which you are gained here will not helpful for your future you can have 10 years of experience in this company but you will be considered as a fresher when you switch your job in any domain because the process doing in this company in done by only this company in this entire world so think accordingly before joining!

      Pros

      Honestly, I did not find any positive aspects during my time there. The workplace was dominated by internal politics and favoritism.

      Cons

      There was no opportunity for career growth or skill development. Management failed to recognize or value employees' contributions. Promotions appeared to be biased; female employees with close ties to management or team leaders were promoted quickly, regardless of merit. Even during medical emergencies, the management showed no empathy. I was hospitalized for two days and advised by my doctor to take at least a week of rest. Despite this, my manager and team leader pressured me to return to work the very next day.
