      I hired into Stats Perform in the last year, and am now kicking myself for this bad decision, I missed out on some great opportunities at other companies. Anyone thinking of hiring into Stats Perform , please read the reviews, these things have caused a steady stream of departures. Last year, the COO was appointed as the interim CTO. The COO has been a disaster as interim CTO. The October massive outage was his responsibility. With all of the departures and firings in IT, there is nobody left who has knowledge of the original code base or configuration of the systems. The remaining IT workers are left to reverse engineer everything to survive. Every day is a trip into the unknown.

      October 2020 three week outage has created unbearable working conditions

      If you are a tech worker looking for a job, avoid Stats Perform. We had a massive outage lasting 3 weeks in October 2020. I Suggest you search for “stats perform outage” in your favorite search engine to see how this unfolded last year. The tech employees were blamed for this outage by the CEO and life has been unbearable since then. The reputation of Stats Perform with our customers was permanently damaged by this outage, and it revealed that Stats Perform is a third rate company, whose leadership is comprised of non-technical bureaucrats who are just looking to make a quick buck.
