Stats Perform reviews

Company and specifically the executive team care little about their people - they're all just numbers on a spreadsheet. Numerous rounds of layoffs, before and during the pandemic. People constantly leaving or getting fired. Rather than focus on what made this company great, it's been all about new products, most of which have failed to this point. Tons of mismanagement from the top, hurting the future of what was once a terrific organization and well respected in the field.
