      Pros

      Working for a sports company is a dream job for every kid that ever wanted to make it to the bigs in whatever sport they played growing up. There are cool opportunities within the company to really dig into the sports that you want to research and getting to talk about sports 24/7 is fun.

      Cons

      Management communication is horrible. Leadership keeps you in the dark about everything. C-level employees “leave” the company for no apparent reason and other C-level executives take over and bogs down all work. Salaries are not competitive and management does not make an effort to listen to their employees.

      Sports, that’s it, nothing else.

      Should have left sooner. Best decision to leave. No career growth, low pay.

      No Progression and lack of frontality when decisions are made

      Pros

      Great colleagues, free coffee and fruits, always paid the agreed and on time, possibility to work on a tech company with people from around the world

      Cons

      lack of progression, internal promotion does not exist after a certain level - I don't know a local Team Lead that has been allowed to step up (they'd rather bring someone from outside); Senior management has never been present - it's kind of a 'ghost' company where team leads are driving the business forward but not getting recognition for it.
