Pros
I had my concerns when the next round of execs came aboard but after 18 months the progress has been incredible. Our data quality has improved to Best in Class, We have developed innovative AI products and our CEO and COO closed a major deal with the acquisition of PERFORM. Our new company STATS PERFORM is the #1 AI Sports Technology company in the world! The work is very demanding, accountability is strong but the reward has been incredible.
Cons
We tend to move very quickly and sometimes need a moment to decompress while providing recognition to those that made the difference. Would like to see more company activities and or social groups, not necessarily sponsored by the company. We still have some individuals that drive down morale and need to be dealt with so they don't spoil the group, too man good things are happening around us to be brought down by a few individuals who complain but don't have any solutions.
