Pros

First and foremost, colleagues and team athmosphere are one of the most important things about a job for me. I felt excellent about this in Stats Perform Prague. People are both friendly and experienced. Also, there is a great opportunity to learn new techs and influence current tech stacks when having good arguments. Something that not every company offers in the end.

Cons

With greater responsibility about tech stacks, there is also greater pressure on an individual. But that comes hand in hand. Another thing is that some of the portions of tech stacks are managed by teams themselves, requiring engineers to handle infrastructure work. I appreciated it but it generally is not ideal.
