      Pros

      The people. I did not come across any bad apples during my time at Stats Perform. Bonus days off. During COVID-19, the company made a real effort to focus on our mental health. Working in sports stats! Fun subject matter.

      Cons

      Pay. The people who work there all go above and beyond because they feel lucky to work in the industry, company doesn't come close to rewarding that. Progression. Unless you have been working for the company for 10+ years, it's extremely difficult to move through the ranks. Next to no plans for junior members of staff.

      Lack of Any Actual Leadership With Little Respect for Employees

      Pros

      Very few, if any. Look for a different company if you can.

      Cons

      Leadership yells at employees -- doesn't respect their opinions. Middle management is extremely bothersome and unhelpful. Management does not listen to any of their employees' ideas on how to improve the business but blames the employees when something does not get done.
