      Exciting industry to work in.

      Cons

      Executive level is mostly unapproachable. CEO known to berate employees. Constant turnover due to always changing business goals. Vista Private Equity turned a great company into a crappy place to work.

      Pros

      Perform is an excellent place to start a career in sports as it offer great opportunities for on-the-job experience with opportunities to step-up into senior positions to gain experience. They also prioritise promoting from within and across the business so there’s lots of potential to gain lots of experience in lots of fields fairly quickly. Also, fairly good perks such as leave, learning etc.

      Cons

      Perform’s pay was understood to be below the industry average and sometimes opportunities to gain experience in a senior role often felt as though you were doing a more at lower pay grade.
