Pros

I came from a call center and felt overwhelmed and micro managed. You do have to work hard but it is at your own pace and you get to decide your bonus potential. I actually love the flexibility of Steadily. The management listens to us and implements changes when needed fast . Feels more like a family environment.

Cons

Because the job is flexible and more of an honor system you have to be willing to put in the work and to be accountable to yourself . That can be hard if you are not self motivated

Overworked, unlimited time if allowed to use it. Health insurance is super expensive. Turned into a churn and burn call center environment.

Being surrounded by people who are the best at what they do in every role. The talent density is top shelf. The technology is top notch and the team really gets to have input in what is built.

Cons

It’s intense and if you don’t enjoy that high speed, high stakes environment, Steadily might not be the right company for you.
