It is great working with this team of people. It has been a great environment where people share both what they are accomplishing well and where we might be struggling with. It is a place where everyone is working hard and you can depend on your coworkers.

Cons

Right now we are a startup so there is still a lot to learn about what is working and what is not. If you want to know exactly what you are working on for the next month this is not going to be a good fit.
