*Company is employee centered *Compensation/benefits/PTO are all good *Great community of co-workers *Plenty of room for advancement *Not too big of a company where you feel you don't make a difference

*Hours are pretty much set 8-5 (bank hours) *Bank is constantly adapting and finding new ways to do things, which is a good thing unless you don't like to work on learning new things
