Pros

Good maternity and paternity leave time and PTO/sick time

Cons

When you take PTO/sick time you’re putting your work on your coworkers. When your coworkers are gone, you do twice the work. Most decent managers quit long ago, not many good ones left. The rest are uneducated, inexperienced and immature. CEO only cares about DEI, and bashes Trump in company meetings, and is also immature. New president walks around like she owns the place, and gets offended when people don’t know who she is. Don’t let the benefits attract you, they are put in place as a tax write-off for the company, not to actually benefit the employees. Would never recommend anyone work, do business, or have any accounts here.

Pros

The benefits were pretty good. There was $5,000 you could spend on your kids in addition to the $5,000 Dependent Care FSA.

Cons

DEI is rampant throughout the company!
