The Good & The Bad

Pros

$5,000/year daycare reimbursement $1,000/year self care reimbursement

Cons

Low pay compared to other lending jobs Approx. 3.5% raises annually 12 weeks paid maternity leave. Many places have moved to 16-20 weeks paid leave. 8-5 (9 hour work days) Limited PTO Management is obsessed with hitting outrageous goals. And when sales teams don’t hit them, they use it as a reason to pay very little in bonuses and incentives.

Crazy Drama, all the time

Pros

Higher than average pay. $5,000 tuition or student loan reimbursement annually. Remote work.

Cons

This bank is ruled by the whim of its volatile, overemotional, and unpredictable CEO. Underneath her are two types of senior management: those who have worked there for 30 years and are consistent enablers of her oddities, and those who are trying to avoid the drama and get some work done. Unfortunately this company drives away its best employees, and is left with whoever will stick around to pick up the slack.
